Natalia MARIN

The exhibition concept and the initiative belong to the visual artist Natalia MARIN (RO).
At the age of only 18, Natalia is already a remarkable presence on the Romanian contemporary art scene, elaborating complex artistic discourses and using science as the main artistic medium (bio simulations, creative coding, interactive art and technology installations, photography and digital processing techniques). In the summer of 2021, her passion for psychiatry and art therapy gave birth to a charitable exhibition in support of the Help Autism Association, at the Galateca Gallery, one of the most prestigious contemporary art galleries in Bucharest. The young artist's latest project refers directly to the medical field and is promoted by Qolony: The Art and Science Colony, an independent organization that supports the development and intertwining of art with science and technology.
